Online mental wellbeing community, Kooth, is hosting a range of webinars throughout October as an extension of World Mental Health Day on Monday 10 October.
Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous online mental wellbeing community for young people, available to those in the Lancashire and South Cumbria area aged 10-18. It is available through smartphone, tablet or computer and features activities, self-help articles, discussion boards and a team of accredited counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners who provide guided and outcome-focused support for each individual.

*Please note that some of these sessions may also feature Qwell as well as Kooth, and Qwell is not available in all areas.
