The CYPEWMH Transformation Programme would like to hear from children, young people, their families and carers and professionals about what they would like to see on the website www.healthyyoungmindslsc.co.uk. By completing a short survey, you can help shape the future layout and content of the website. There will also be some workshops organised soon which will allow children, young people, carers and family members to share their ideas. The survey is located at www.elesurvey.co.uk
